Clients are responsible for verifying the requirements of the institution that has requested the fingerprints.
In the rare occasion that prints are rejected, we will gladly redo the prints. Clients must provide written proof that the prints were rejected within 60 days.

LIST OF ACCEPTED FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
Two (2) valid forms of identification are required. One must be selected from the approved Photo Identification listing. The second form of identification can come from either the Photo Identification or Secondary Identification listing.
Only original documentation will be accepted; no photo copies will be allowed.
